A Eurail RTE is a servant leader who facilitates and coaches our teams to get the best out of them. You will be involved in different areas: on company, ART and team levels, where you perform different responsibilities that are described below. Together with your team(s), you will ensure that our customers have a great experience on our website, shop, seat reservation portal, and travel app.
What you’ll be doing
Eurail has organised itself around the customer journey. You’ll be joining one of Eurail Agile Release Trains, which focuses on a particular stage in the customers journey. It can be in the phase where customers familiarise themselves with our product, the purchase, or the travel phase.
