Are you an Executive Assistant with experience of supporting a senior leadership team? Do you thrive in a diverse, international environment? You are not afraid to challenge senior colleagues, or work in an environment with changing priorities, while dealing with internal and external stakeholders. You are proactive, organised, discrete and able to prioritize and solve problems quickly and efficiently, with attention to detail.

In this role, you will support the CEO of Eurail and the Leadership Team, supporting them in focusing on key priorities, maximising their efficiency, offering a reliable experience to all colleagues through excellent planning and co-ordinating of necessary meetings, timely invites, and accurate administration.
