Are you a talented Product Specialist with a strong eye for detail and a passion for rail travel? Are you ready to take on a new challenge in the world of European rail passes? Join us on our exciting journey as we spark the curiosity of travellers from all over the world to discover every corner of Europe by train. As our Product Specialist you will contribute to a positive customer experience and the success of Eurail by managing and maintaining the core Pass product information in close co-operation with internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
As our Product Specialist you will lead and drive the accessibility and completeness of our Pass’ product specifics including information on product details and the Pass’ usability in each of the 33 participating countries. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll work with stakeholders across the organisation like Customer Service, product teams, and Content, as well as external railway and ferry representatives.
